What size storage unit do I need?
It depends on what you are storing, but most single-room moves fit in a 5×10, and most one-bedroom apartments fit comfortably in a 10×10. If you are between sizes, book a free consultation and we will help you land on the right one before you sign anything.
Is there a lease, or can I rent for 4 weeks?
Our units have a minimum four-week rental term, with no long-term commitment required after that. Stay for as long as you need, with the flexibility to end your rental with the required notice when your storage needs change.
Can I access my unit outside regular office hours?
Yes. Units are available with 24-hour access, so you can pick up or drop off items whenever it fits your schedule, not just during staffed hours.
Do you offer indoor storage for an RV, boat, or motorcycle?
We do not offer storage for RVs or motorhomes due to their size. However, our indoor, heated drive-up units can accommodate motorcycles, small boats, standard-size cars, pickup trucks, SUVs and other compact recreational or seasonal vehicles, depending on their dimensions. All vehicles are stored inside individual units, as we do not offer outdoor vehicle parking.
How secure are the units?
Every unit is individually alarmed, and the property is covered by 24/7 digital video surveillance and bright LED lighting, on top of gated access to the facility itself.
Do you help with insurance for my stored belongings?
Yes. We offer up to $25,000 in coverage for your stored belongings for an additional $10 per month. Vehicle storage may require separate insurance and liability coverage, which our team can explain when you rent.
How do I reserve a unit or pay my bill?
You can reserve a unit online through our Rent Now option, and once you are moved in, you can manage payments through online bill pay or pre-authorized card instead of visiting in person each month.
